Sales and business development
Run fit calls, scope engagements, close. Commission on every month a client stays, because that is how we get paid too.
Specialist contractors
Paid media, content, design, development, video. Remote is fine, anywhere is fine. Senior only.
Referral partners
Agencies, consultants, accountants, web developers and anyone with clients who need what we do. You refer, we pay a share for as long as they stay.
How referrals work
Simple, recurring, in writing.
- You introduce us. We run the fit call and handle everything after.
- If they sign, you get a percentage of the monthly fee for as long as they remain a client.
- Paid monthly, tracked in writing, no caps.
- You keep your relationship. We never go around you.
