Accessibility statement
Everyone should be able to use this website, including people who rely on screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or captions. Here is what we do to make that true, and how to reach us if something gets in your way.

Our standard
We design and build this site to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, the standard most widely referenced for web accessibility in the United States.
What we do
- Every page can be used with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline
- A "skip to content" link at the top of every page
- Text and controls meet WCAG color contrast requirements
- Images have text alternatives, and decorative images are hidden from screen readers
- Form fields have real labels and clear error messages
- Pages use proper headings and landmarks so assistive technology can navigate them
- Animations respect your device's reduced motion setting
- The site works when zoomed to 200% and on small screens
How we test
We check new pages with automated accessibility testing and review them manually with keyboard navigation and screen readers before they go live, and we re-check the site regularly.
Known limitations
Some content comes from other services, such as embedded scheduling tools and social media. We choose providers that take accessibility seriously, but we do not control their code. If one of them causes a problem, tell us and we will help you another way.
Tell us if something is not working
If you have trouble using any part of this site, or need information in a different format, contact us and we will respond within two business days.
